Been running ZUUM CCTV system for 9 years and one of my cameras went out........ ZUUM no longer offers this camera however Amazon offers something similar....... I reached out to ZUUM technical support and Fernando is 'The Man'...... He was understanding of my situation and walked me through troubleshooting and setup of the new camera and followed up with a detailed email...... Over above the call of duty...... I highly recommend this company......Thank you ZUUM and Fernando :@)

I have sold ZUUM for over 9 years. Prewire of El Paso has been in business for over 42 years and have used several brands here and there. We don't only receive good product but great service. I must admit I thoughtI made a bad decision going with zuum but Fernando helped me change my mind. The camera's are great but I couldn't get them to work for my needs. After working remotely with Fernando, he has all my camera's working perfect. He was very knowledgeable and professional.<br><br>Thank you, Fernando!!!!!!

I have been using these guys for years. Great company. I love their cameras, cables, and tv mounts. The best thing though, is their technical support! Mark, Robert, and Fernando have gotten me out of quite a few jams over the years!

I’ve installed cameras for over 6 years. Fernando and the rest of the employees are very knowledgeable on the networking and hardware side of things. We love their cameras and the nvr software is easy to use. Highly recommend for an affordable, but high quality cctv company.

I am an audio/video integrator and have used Zuum products on several installations. I have found a great combination of quality and value on both their articulating wall brackets as well as their security camera systems. However, what I have found most appealing about working with this company is their customer service. In the rare instances where I have had a concern or issue with a product the support has been great. I have dealt with both Amaya and Robert and both have been responsive and professional in ensuring my questions are quickly answered. It's one thing to offer a good product its quite another to back it up with great service; thankfully you get both with Zuum.

My husband and I own a small low voltage business. Zuum has become over the years the only place we buy cameras systems from. Their prices vs quality of the equipment are amazing, but what we value most about Zuum is you can tell they value us.

Zuum is an excellent source for integrators!!! The prices are on point, the customer service is awesome, the tech support is second to none and their product line is worth me making them my go to for camera systems. If you call and they don’t answer they always call you back! I highly recommend you check them out.

I started using ZUUM products since 2006. At first I started buying there products because of the price but I stay with them because of the excellent customer service! They are in this to build relationships with there dealers and I have to say I have the best relationship with them over all of the other distributors I deal with.<br><br>If they make a mistake they always fix it and most of the time there fix benefits the client and us.

This manufacture is really difficult to deal with and they do not support their product unless you have an account or give them a credit card information. I find it hard to believe that their competitors will swap out the products no questions asked, just the proper troubleshooting to ensure that it is indeed a dead device and send out a replacement free of charge and no hassle!! And this why I would not recommend any dealers who do not no about them not purchase their products as well. Not to mention their baluns and surveillance equipment is not stable. I normally will not write a review like this but I believe in honoring and standing by your products and clients that do purchase your products, in which ZUMM Media does not!

If I could rate them lower, I would. Absolute worst and unprofessional customer service ever. I called tech support to have an issue resolved after upgrading my router, the rep told me "It's not our fault you upgraded and we can't help you." He proceeded to say "I'm not going to argue with you" after I told him I was unhappy with his service. Definitely regret getting their equipment. Plus their cameras suck. Don't waste your time with these people.
