The team was on time today to install cameras, program the alarm system, and hang the TV's. They did an outstanding job. Even drilled a few holes inside of cabinets on request to hide wires. Seamless experience. Highly recommend.

Alex Gregan, Chris Lash and Javier Martinez did an outstanding job on my installation. They arrived on time and were very professional and efficiently completed the project. They took their time to walk me through the detailed instructions on security, cameras and TV/Audio. Alex also provided us with written instructions on how to operate the speaker system. Extremely pleased with their service!

I had a situation today where my alarm panel went blank, and the alarm was singing!!! Ughhhh!! So I contacted my alarm Company EPS. Though I was very upset and frustrated at first, I will say, I received great customer service overall. I would like to give a special thanks to Alex in the Tech Dept. for his patience and direction after disarming my alarm, Frank the Manager who contacted me immediately with an expedient resolution!! Frank was able to send out Mr. Charles, who was very knowledgeable and professional!!! Thanks to his expertise and patience, I was able to get a different kind of panel and now I’m back up and running!!! Thank you EPS For caring about my safety as much as I do.

The Technician was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Offered information on possibly upgrading system in the future. Total price I paid for the service and parts was reasonable. As a matter of fact, my estimate was way more than what I expected. I would definitely recommend EPS to anyone who might be looking for a reliable Security Alarm Company.
