So initially i was told and confirmed my agent i can cancel within 6 months by agent, now im trying to either lower my bundle or cancel and turns out i CANT! I am now stuck with a $70 bill or cancellation of $1900!!!! They said i probably misunderstood but IM sure of what i asked and confirmed! This is a ripoff company! They don’t even try to at least make it right with helping get a better bundle that fits the current budget. Don’t fall for this scam like we did. They literally lie to your face.

Do not recommend! Do not fall for the “Did the sellers let you know we would be stopping by? They upgraded your system for you” BS lol<br><br>Nothing provided makes the cost makes sense in my eyes. You can buy all of these items individually and have the same security tools essentially, there are 3rd party services you can get if you like the agent accessibility. Also make sure you read very carefully and don’t let them sell you so much. I fell victim to this because I wasn’t paying enough attention and was distracted. Nobody at fault except myself at the end of the day. Now I’m stuck paying $70/month or cancelling for $1900. They are very careful with their verbiage when talking, so MAKE SURE YOU READ & LISTEN!
