We’re a small nonprofit who was experience some glitches in our very old security system. One call to Texas Surveillance and our worries were at ease. Brian responded quickly, was professional, and gave us honest estimates about the scope of work. We had someone out to our office & issues were resolved within the next few days. Cannot recommend this company enough for any of your camera/surveillance needs. If we ever need additional support, we’ll def be reaching out.

Absolutely unprofessional and has no degree of tact or good conduct. I saw other poor reviews of Brian, but experiencing it myself was shocking. I wouldn't trust this company with any security purchase or installation. Best of luck.

We use Texas Surveillance camera security systems at my office. We have more than 40 cameras. Occasionally a camera reaches it's end of life and I am pleased to report that Texas Surveillance is always fast to respond, schedule an appointment and replace hardware and update the systems in a professional and timely manner. The owner is very nice and easy to work with and the technical team is knowledgeable and they work quickly to resolve issues that may occur from time to time. Our system has been in operation more than a decade. I applaud the support from Texas Surveillance.
