I called for a quote after trying several other security companies in Houston. Not only did their sales rep take the time to figure out exactly what our company needed, but also came out to our site FOR FREE. I knew a cctv system wouldn't be cheap but Alan shot me straight and now we have a system that works and I feel safe that our business is protected and have a company that I can call on in the future. Steve (I think an account manager) worked with us on payment and I couldn't of been happier. Looking forward my future upgrades and got to talk to their IT guy about some of their newer technologies that I didn't know were out in the market like shooter detection.
