The City of Clear Lake Shores hired Lighthouse back in 2014 to provide video surveillance for our community. We were having issues in our community but didn’t have “eyes” to capture the detail we needed. We went with a solution that provides us with the ability to capture the license plates of the vehicles coming on and off the island. This has proven highly beneficial. I have seen systems through the years and one of the major components about the Lighthouse system is the ease of use. Many times we can find what we need in seconds.<br><br>When we were in the process of figuring out what we needed, it was so nice to have an expert to advise us. If my memory serves me correctly, Lighthouse provided upfront consulting without charge. We have a maintenance agreement for our system which has proven to be a great value. When a need comes up, we send a service request and typically will have someone assisting us within 24 hours.<br><br>I have been very impressed with all my interaction with the people that Lighthouse. They are all very courteous, friendly, and competent. I am writing to recommend to you the excellent services of Lighthouse Video Surveillance. I spent many months receiving bids for a camera system for my facility without being personally up to speed with the knowledge I needed to seek bids for a proper system. Upon contact with Lighthouse, I received information and education that immediately made me more informed on what I was looking for (that I did not get from other companies). David Dusl came to my location and showed me what the company could do for us and helped me to understand better what I really needed. Throughout my bid process Lighthouse stayed in touch with me and answered any questions I had.<br><br>Lighthouse was able to show me what specific cameras would do for me in specific locations and situations while most of the other companies just told me that I needed a bunch of the same type of camera. I also found that the camera manufacturer (Avigilon) works closely with Lighthouse and they also were able to help with any questions or concerns I had. By the time I was done with the bidding process, I knew exactly what I was getting from Lighthouse; where I really wasn’t as sure with other companies. Lighthouse won our bidding process but the relationship continued to grow during installation. Lighthouse did exactly what we asked them to do or explained why an alternative might be better. Danny and David treated me very well and I was aware throughout the installation and training of what was going on.<br><br>In the end, I am extremely satisfied with my Lighthouse system, as is my entire staff. The cameras and the software for viewing and retrieving recorded videos are extremely intuitive and easy to use. The Lighthouse staff is a pleasure to work with as well. I am very confident in Lighthouse and without hesitation recommend their services. After multiple vehicles destroyed my property, I decided to install cameras to monitor 24/7. It took a few weeks of research and interviewing local companies before I spoke with David Dusl of LVS. His knowledge of cameras, being a prior customer and pleasant interaction made my decision easy.<br><br>LVS installer (Jose) was extremely polite and very helpful with any questions or concerns. He was very thorough and determined to ensure the final product was exactly as i wanted.<br><br>After the install, it was quickly realized that the cameras and software are excellent quality and performance. Each camera is setup per the location and amount of light available, so some time is required to adjust appropriately.<br><br>Thank you David and Jose for your time. Job well done.

Recently our church had Lighthouse Video install cameras in our nursery area. I can't say enough about the positive impact of the installation. The experience from the beginning was efficient and professional. The needs were accessed and installation was a great experience. The most pleasant result is the impact it has made on our parents and other church members. While our first intention was to assist in providing additional security to the nursery area, the result is not only security but comfort the cameras provide to parents. In fact we now call them our "comfort camera". Parents can check on their child without drawing attention or distracting the other children or the workers. The response to the cameras from parents has been 10000% positive. Our nursery workers love the extra security the cameras provide to them as well. The cameras have contributed so much to our Preschool area. Thanks Lighthouse Video for making us a safer and a very happy place. The only question I have been asked is why we didn't do this sooner. Lighthouse Video Surveillance is definitely a company you can trust and count on!!<br>When we sought out for a surveillance company, we already had our camera system previously installed by someone. We had them come out because we were continuously having issues with the camera images blinking on the screen or not showing up at all, and the original guy quit answering our phone calls. So we googled surveillance companies and it was actually the name that caught our attention. LIGHTHOUSE!<br>Danny came out, he was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. His team had to rewire everything and replaced 2 of our cameras. We LOVE the way it’s been working for us and have had NO problems since!!<br>We are a company with lots of expensive equipment in our shop that needs to be supervised even when we aren’t around. We were new to the surveillance market, did a lot of research and received several quotes for a modern security system install in our home. Thank goodness we found Lighthouse Video Surveillance. They arrived on time, provided us with several system and pricing options and answered all of our questions. Mr. Myers was even able to answer the questions we had about other company’s inferior security systems that the other companies could not. Lighthouse took into consideration our particular needs, carefully went over installation plans with us and even decided on a timetable to avoid disrupting our kids and night shift work schedule as much as possible. The installation crew was pleasant, considerate and worked quickly and quietly, even cleaning up after themselves. Once the system was installed we were given tutorials on how to use the system, they installed all of the software on our desktops and mobile devices and made sure everything was working properly. The owner, Danny Myers, came by a few days after the installation was finished to make sure we understood everything and were happy with the system, which of course we were. This is the most professional and courteous home service company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you are looking for a quality, dependable, state of the art product from an honorable and respectable company - we highly recommend Lighthouse.
