My experience with IT Experts Company has been superb and was quite a contrast to other companies I contacted for the same issue.<br><br>I try to understand problems I encounter and fix what I can, but IT issues are specialized and can be quite complex especially if your knowledge is less than advanced in an ever changing technical field.<br><br>I was lucky enough to locate IT Experts Company, I found them to be respectful, trustworthy, punctual and professional in every sense. Romaan proved to be a professional, knowledgable and competent. He knew what he was talking about and analyzed the problem quickly and methodically, inspiring confidence and trust. He took the time to provide me with a basic understanding of my IT situation and provided options for me to choose from.<br><br>I am very pleased with the service and solution and he has remained very available and responsive.

Romaan and his helper were both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. A lot of companies try and get over, but Romaan took his time to understand exactly what I was looking for and had tons of patience with me as I am no pc wiz!<br>Will definitely return and he is now marked as my pc guy 😊

After years of running on old equipment for our trucking company, Col Transport we decided to make the necessary investment in to our company to upgrade our computers and servers. Romaan from IT experts was very attentive and responsive when it came to any questions I had for the transition to the new equipment. He seamlessly upgraded our entire office and caused very minimal interruptions to our work week. I highly recommend IT Experts for any of your IT needs.
