We have dealt with Clay since March of 2016. We first used Clay when we switched telecom companies and he was the go between the provider and us making sure we had a smooth transition from our old carrier to our new carrier. Much of the information needed by the new provider was “greek” to us but Clay understood what they needed/wanted. Since this time, he has been essential to our growth as we added additional facilities, he came in, provided cabling for phones/internet and once again dealt with our phone/internet provider to get each facility operational. Clay has also handled our network from running wires, installing computers, network issues, upgrading our routers and he even upgraded our camera system when it came time for an upgrade.
