Need to update my camera system. Hansel came out went over everything in detail. Replace my seven cameras and added one. He was very punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. Very professional.

Installed 4 cctv cameras at my house 2 years ago. Also sent many customers his was since he gave me some cards to hand out. Now two of the cameras are no longer working and he won’t return my calls. I don’t think they are under warranty, I just want to have them come out to fix them with the understanding that I would be charged. They set them up and know the system well, it’s unfortunate that there is no customer service years after the install. Even if you’re a good customer, it seems they won’t come back out to do more work. I’ve messaged on the website and texted Hansen as well and I am left on read. It’s hard not having 2 out of 4 cameras, and I could Replace the cameras myself but I don’t know if that will resolve the issue. I know that they could trouble shoot far better and have all the right tools they need.

I called the this co. DR. Computer ser & Security cameras, we scheduled an appointment , and Hansel came out within 24 hours and worked on my security surveillance DVR, and and fixed the problem in no time, Thank you for speedy service and technical service. I highly recommend this company.

Hansel is awesome!!! I decided to try him because of all 5 star reviews, and im glad i did!! He and his team Felipe installed security cameras at my restaurant. Im more than happy with the quality and service. So later i asked him to run cable wires for my POS within certain days. He was too busy but still tried to help. He sent Felipe and got it done right before the installation day. They both are knowledgeable and professional. Not only they know what they do they also clean up real good after they finish their jobs. Highly recommend 👍👍

If you want good professional quality from a local business, this is the place! Hanzel is great at what he does and has integrity. I had him install 4 cameras that I had bought.<br><br>Later that week, my power went out and I had to ask if he could come back and show me how to reprogram the cameras. He showed up the next day and he showed me how the app worked and reprogrammed the cameras in less than 30 minutes.<br><br>I'll be giving them my business again when I build my house. Thank you!

Hansel was great to work with. My husband and I moved to a new home in December. The home already had existing cameras and wifi extenders that we needed to get set-up. I reached out to Hansel in January and he got back to me that same day. He was at our house setting everything up within the week. One of the cameras didn't work and Hansel offered a replacement at a reasonable price. The camera Hansel provided seems to be even better quality than the cameras we already had. I would not hesitate to work with Hansel again. I highly recommend this business!

Hansel did an excellent job with camera installation. He had camera install recommendations that worked out great. Once he began work he was like a worker bee in a bee hive, he had 4 cameras installed all 4 corners of house, cable drop to dvr and tv and operating within 3-4 hrs. All in a small space attic. Very professional. While out of state i was able to check and see home through security cameras. I would highly reccomend Dr. Computer Service & Security Cameras.

Hansel provided recommendations on camera placement, which I appreciated. He also brought the cameras with him that I potentially was interested in purchasing. Hansel and his co-worker were able to install same day (8/19/20). The cameras were adjusted as needed to ensure the appropriate views. I found out about this company through reviews and I am happy that I moved forward with them for my security camera system purchase and installation. I am a satisfied customer so far, and will be referring others who may need this service.

Hansel did a great job installing our security camera. Made sure the box unit was placed the exact way I wanted it and cleaned up after properly. He also has helped almost a year after installation when I had issues connecting to the cameras remotely because of my router issues.

Hansel and his team we’re great to work with. They came out at the last minute and installed a POE camera system. They had to run network cables to feed the cameras. I come from an IT background and the cabling was neat and professionally installed. Hansel was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend using them for future projects.
