I have never dealt with the company itself. However, the technicians and their ability (or lack thereof) to drive definitely leaves something to be desired<br><br>Today is Monday, May 5th. At approximately 7:30 this morning the technician operating truck #6139 refused to let people merge into a non-yielding merge point, tailed multiple vehicles to the point of near rear ending, and continued to recklessly weave in and out of traffic.<br><br>Your drivers represent who you are as a company. From this highway experience alone, I wouldn't want to do business with you. The lack of compassion or even concern for others is appalling. We can all do better.

Please help me understand why our company has multiple contracts with you, yet you cannot fulfill the requirements and are putting us in a hard spot with our clients. Your company fails to return emails, phone calls and meet deadlines on projects.<br><br>We have been more than patient with you and we expect results. It is very disappointing that we can no longer rely on you to meet basic business needs and will need to find someone who actually gives a damn about service delivery, because it is obvious that you do not.<br><br>My next step is to post my experiences with on social media if these issues are not immediately resolved.

I have no experience with this company but based on the way their technician not only tried to run me off the highway with my 3 children in the car, but then proceeded to tail my vehicle going over 65 mph on I-10 during rush hour. The technician was in truck 1281. Beware of this company, their technicians have ZERO respect for human lives.
