Orkhan is my savior! I called so many places for help connecting or gaining access to my business cameras, but none of them returned my calls. AZ Camera got back to me after one day, sent a tech the next day and my problems were solved for less than $240. They could have easily lied to my face and said whatever to upcharge me. Orkhan is soft spoken, knowledgeable and asked plenty of verification questions. Again I could not be happier with their service and transparency
