Hurry to leave. I got invoiced before they got here. Did not show me how to work anything. I had agreed to their hourly rate. I’m still trying to figure this system out. The PDF Manual is not the same as the APP.

The whole team works excellent to get the job done. The crew came in and in no time had our Phase 1 up and running, excellent cameras, clarity excellent, ability to view excellent, cannot say enough good things about them. Our HOA recently contracted with Video Security Dallas for installing 14 new cameras to our surveillance system. Owner Ian came out to assess our property/premises and was quite impressive in how he represented his company. He clearly knows his business, as he has been in the business for many years. And he was very descriptive with his proposal and very competitive with his pricing. For this property manager, Video Security Dallas was the obvious choice for our camera project. And his technicians were just as impressive. Jason and Ian were very personable and professional in their demeanor. And they were detailed and meticulous with their work. They were able to run the cable for our new hard-wired cameras, such that it won't be necessary to make any repairs to sheetrock for our walls or ceilings. And they were very patient, understanding, and careful to explain their scope of work and answer the myriad of questions posed to them from this technologically challenged customer. They even assisted with IT support, as we don't have a vendor at this time. Can't say enough good things about this vendor. They have a VERY satisfied customer and a customer for LIFE! Kudos to Video Security Dallas!
