We used A1 security cameras for securing our home and couldn't be happier from step 1 to job completion. The cameras work great-way better than doing it yourself with ring or simplisafe. The cameras are super advanced. The customer service from Matt Hodge went above and beyond our expectations. He worked with us thoroughly and responded to every question with sincerity. Dude is a stud. Would recommend these guys for your home security setup, we wont go through anyone else as long as were in DFW.

So I have a system that appears to be one that NOONE will work with. After contacting the customer service of the system we used I can understand why. Amanda at A-1 Security is by far AMAZING! She didn't have to help but did. She looked up other companies she thought might help and put them in an email and sent it to me with all there information. Not only did she do that but she called me back after leaving a voicemail and wanted to make sure I was ok and didn't need help AND SHE DID ALL OF THIS WITH A SMILE I KNOW BECAUSEV THATS HOW IT CAME ACCROSS ON THE PHONE. Never did I feel like a bother. Who does that...., What I can say for sure is if you want a company that gives it to you straight dial no other number except the one for A-1 SECURITY CAMERAS AND AMANDA WILL PROBABLY BE THE ONE TO ANSWER. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!

I have had my cameras now for almost a year, and could not be happier with the A1 team - especially Matt Hodge. With 10 cameras surrounding our home, we use a lot of storage on our DVR, and I wanted to change a few settings but couldn’t figure it out. We must have played email and phone tag 15 times trying to resolve a little user error I was having, but he went above and beyond to help me get it resolved while educating me on their system a little more.<br><br>Great company and even better customer support.

I reached out to many security camera companies and Amanda had the best customer service and fastest response time. She gave me all the information and answered all my questions. From there Matt was brought in and delivered the best service with his team. They are professional, respectful, courteous, clean, efficient and informative. They installed our cameras which have been easy to use. They then just came back to install Wi-Fi extenders. Again was all of the above and more. We are beyond satisfied! Highly recommend

Purchased a Ubiquity system, UDM SE, NVR, cameras and my own modem etc for DIY home install. System installed fine then started to experience some intermittent ISP failures. Wanted to be certain where the problem resided, …… my install/settings or ISP.<br><br>Contacted this company since they distribute Ubiquity systems. However, didn’t purchase the product from them and hoped I could receive assistance<br><br>From the very beginning I had a great experience. Their Admin Amanda was friendly, helpful, responsive and followed up.<br><br>Matt H, their IT engineer, was extremely knowledgeable, and an experienced individual. He provided exactly what was required. Reviewed my settings, provided helpful guidance and expressed confidence.
