Used them for service. Wasn’t 100% satisfied (no fault of theirs, I just needed additional resolution) so I called and spoke to their team about how we can make it right.<br><br>Could not be more impressed and pleased with how they handled the situation. They went above and beyond ensuring I had a good customer experience and just being a solid stand up group.<br><br>I appreciate them for their assistance and timely service throughout. Jon, David and Chris went above and beyond this week assisting one of our employees that was backing out of her parking spot and hit a van. These guys assisted her with verbal support, assisted with getting her back bumper off her car, assisted with securing her mufflers to her car so she could drive home and then waiting around to put the bumper in my car to help her home. I received an estimate for a new alarm system for our house. I talked to Kyle who was nice and we discussed our alarm needs. I get the estimate and it’s almost $4,000 😮. I called around and was able to get all the same stuff from a different company but about a third of Keltech’s price. The same IQ4 panel. The crazy thing is in the $4,000 price from Keltech was 8 hours of install at $130 hour. It literally took them less than 3 hours to install and switch be over with the company I went with. Keltech maybe nice but not worth paying 3X’s more than you should. Plus it’s a rip off trying to charge for 8 hours of labor. I’m also paying the exact same amount for monitoring and I got lifetime protection for my system as long as I’m with this company. Keltech charges $130 an hour. Look around good alarm companies at much better prices.

These guys are great! 20 years ago we built a self-storage facility and installed a gate access control system. It is the heart of any security set up and critical to the success of a multimillion-dollar operation that depends upon the confidence tenants have in our ability to restrict ingress and egress. It’s a big deal.<br><br>Kelltech replaced an obsolete (and burnt) access control panel (it had an ancient RS 232 serial port adapter for communications), with a state-of-the-art hardware/software control access system that even I can operate. And they were fast, despite my advice. They used the existing gear where they could, when they could have upsold additional keypads and cameras. Much appreciated. So much appreciated I am going to get them to pull all new cable for the cameras (ha!). Let no good deed go unpunished, as they say. Only teasing.<br><br>I took the time to first price the job elsewhere and it only reinforced the decision to go with Kelltech. Highly recommended.
