This was our second installation with TrueLove Security. Michael is one of the most efficient and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was on time, and got straight to the installation. Upon completion he walked my husband and I, through everything he installed and told us how each piece worked and how it supported the system all together. He went over the settings one by one and actually showed us how to set the settings ourselves and how to make any changes that we would like. Michael made sure we could recall the videos we want or need. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were not confused or left wondering how things work. I am absolutely grateful for your expertise. You are a wonderful example of professionalism. Your patience and calm presence is so welcoming. Thank you for doing a fantastic job on our installation. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!

We reached out to Michael for help with a project and he did an outstanding job. I need to preface by saying that we called several companies in the DFT area with our project and timeline and many wouldn’t even entertain the timeline portion, but Michael worked us in his schedule and pulled off some later evenings just to get our project done. On top of that, he took great care during the install and had a lot of attention to detail. It turned out great and we hit our deadline!<br><br>His communication is excellent as well!

When I say this company is amazing, I truly mean it. They're honest and true to their word. I had issues with so many other companies who refused to help me with my sytem on a constant boot loop. This company not only talked me through troubleshooting and helping me narrow down the issues myself but they also gave me step by step instructions on how to do it if I didn't want to pay someone to do it for me. Eventually hit a snag and asked them to come help and they did ASAP! This company will forever have my bussiness in whatever we need for security. This is how you earn and keep customers for good. I'll only ever refer them to anyone having any issues or looking to get any security systems. Thank you so much!
