Solomon Security just upgraded our camera system, and the experience was night-and-day compared to our last vendor. Joe was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly customer-focused. He took the time to explain the new setup in plain terms, answered every question, and even rescheduled a personal appointment to come back the following day, just to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. That level of commitment is rare and very much appreciated. After dealing with a previous provider who vanished without notice, Solomon Security’s professionalism and follow-through were a huge relief. Professional, reasonably priced, high quality and he listens and does what you ask for.<br><br>I love he listens to you but still offer suggestions and tell you why so if you’re a first timer, you’ll make better decisions.<br><br>My doorbell was wired cheaply and didn’t work with the doorbell camera. He went above and beyond drilling through metal and buying additional supplies, coming the next day to finish it even though it wasn’t in the original contract and no cost.<br><br>I honestly would use him again if I get another house and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.<br><br>I appreciate you Solomon Security!
