"Craig" called my office unsolicited and demanded to speak with someone who no longer works for us. Then they demanded to speak to the "owner" being very oddly demanding and pushy. This is NOT the way to conduct ANY business.

Complete clown show. I'm sure all of their reps are like this, but I had the "pleasure" of dealing with Anthony who tried to play word games on the phone to make it sound like he had something important to tell the "owner" of the business (spoiler alert: he didn't). He got fairly combative on the phone when he was given an answer he didn't like, so take that as a sign of what kind of service you'll get if you're foolish enough to purchase any products from them.

Google really needs a "zero" star option. Sales rep informed me of one price, I'm paying another. They added on insurance and more costs after telling me, "nothing would change". Avoid them and their scam. Look at all the other reviews and see how poor their service is (mostly through their payment services). Find another company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You truly need to work on your sales tactics and get an email so you can email people information about your company. The leasing industry is small and I will make sure no one that I know or that our community director knows works with your company. Humble yourself and learn how to be a better person especially when you are calling to "advertise" your company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently found out that this company sells your contract to a funding company, in my case it is Phoenix Funding. Once you sign the dotted line you are locked in for something like $17,000 dollars!!! Come on guys they are just IP cameras, absolutely nothing special. They do not even monitor the systems to alert you if something is going on, it's literally the cameras, the pc, and switch. Once all the cards were on the table and I figured out what they did I called and asked about why they do this I never got a real answer. They just tapped danced around it. I do get the spam calls as well. Good luck getting someone to help you. Go on Amazon and you can get all of this for about $300 and have the ability to monitor via cell phone through an app.<br><br>Buyer beware!!

This company has spam callers call me all the time to give a demo of thier products. They are very rude trying to get permission for a manager to call to set up an appointment. If you call back the number they called with, it is NOT this company. Spam!

Once we got the right cameras and they got installed it's worked great. When I've had a problem with the cameras they have responded quickly to fix the problem. The Tech help is very good when you have to call them. I like having the opportunity to monitor my system when not on the property. Overall I have been very satisfied.
