Security Integration Solutions should be your go to for a locksmith or keyless entry door systems! I found these guys on google and the customer service was second to none. Scott the owner was really prompt and accommodating to find us a keyless entry within our budget and our needs. His installer Jorge even answered the phone on a Friday night at 11pm to correct our door schedule when we messed up the schedule. I can’t speak enough kind words about these guys. Scott even set up a zoom call to run everyone through the app. The keyless entry is very slim and sleek looking. This company is great! I will definitely use them in the future.

My employer hired SIS to move an OpenPath access badge reader to a different door, and I provided oversight. The tech was courteous and completed the job. When he finished, he stayed with me while I tested things, and tweaked what I asked him to. Overall, I am satisfied and look forward to doing more business with them (getting a new camera system is my next project).

This was a big move for our organization - switching security companies after nearly a decade and for a new-build project. Scott and SIS made the entire process painless. He took the time to listen to our needs and he created a custom and appropriate package that met our needs and our budget. We could not have been more pleased. The cloud-based software allows us to monitor 24/7 from our mobile devices, tablets, and laptop. We can easily and instantly add or delete users and modify their access. If you are shopping around for a security company, Scott and SIS need to be on your short list.

Security Integration Solutions (SIS) installed a new Openpath security system at our new office and upgraded our existing office to the same Openpath system. Scott and his team did a fantastic job installing the system with no disruption to our business or employees. He was always very responsive and stayed until the system was working as intended. This included several return trips to ensure the door sensors were functioning at peak efficiency. He went above and beyond even attempting to correct issues with some of the doors themselves that had nothing to do with the security system. He also coordinated our fire alarm inspection with the city of Carrollton at 6:30 AM on a weekday to make sure we received our certification. I feel that we paid a very fair price for a much more technologically advanced system then what we previously had, along with excellent customer support. I would highly recommend the SIS Team and Scott for any future security system needs you or your business may have.

The company was able to schedule me right away. We had a small miscommunication in the beginning but he made it absolutely perfect. There were no issues, everything worked perfectly when he left despite having a very old and nasty lock he worked on for hours. The service was excellent, price was very reasonable, he even had to come back through no fault of his own but wasn’t upset and didn’t charge me extra. I have been using this company for 7 years and and very, very happy with the service and commitment to customers.

Fantastic job!!!!<br>Scott came by and rekeyed the locks to my business and drilled out and replaced the cylinders on a couple of commercial door locks in our offices.<br>Very professional and efficient despite having to work in the crazy heat we had that day.<br>Will definitely recommend him to the mangers at the other stores and will use him again in the future.
