Security monitoring? Someone hit my car overnight in a parking lot. Their 'investigations' person Tagos Robinson first kept making excuses that he can't see my car in the picture, then, after I pointed it out to him, he promised he will go over the footage and fins out who did it. He didn't, so I called them again. He promised again he would do it and nothing. It has been almost 2 weeks now and 4 of my phone calls. Go with anyone else but this company.
