This company does wonders for making their clients feel safer! The customer service is kind and responsive. The systems really work as my young grandson opened the door while I was sleeping and I was not able to put in the code fast enough and the police came within minutes! I know I can sleep soundly as my home amd family are so well protected!

Malone's Cost Plus Supermarkets, roof condensing units copper lines were vandalized on Saturday night. I called Cody with Dyezz on Sunday and by Monday morning we were working on a solution. Two of our locations were completed by Thursday with cameras, horns and live monitoring. We have used Dyezz for our alarm security needs for over a year and they have exceeded our expectations.

Didn’t fix anything. Demanded money left everything torn apart and did damage. Have paid a principal at this company a lot of money for many projects in the past. Like over 100k and all he could do is demand money for no work finished. He would not call back or answer the Telephone. Beware of this unorginized company.

My wife and I were a day away from the opening of our Cafe, when we realized our data and Wi-Fi connections were not jiving. It was taking our cooks 45 seconds to receive the orders our servers were ringing in. Multiple that delay times 25 tables. Without the time that Cody Shortle (the actual owner) spent at my restaurant, my opening week would have been a disaster. He spent 3 hours on the phone with my POS and Optimum support teams. Truly Amazing. Thank you Cody !

I have been working with Dyezz Surveillance since moving to Dallas in 2018. Although my security system was installed by a 3rd Party when my home was built in 2016, Dyezz Surveillance has taken ownership in optimizing that system, versus trying to convert me to a new system. Most recently, a serious deficiency in our system to identify a specific entry point associated with an alarm was identified by Cody Shortle, a manager at Dyezz. Rather than accept the issue as unfixable, Cody took the time necessary to formulate a rewiring and reprogramming solution to my 3rd Party system that fully addressed the deficiency. Both my wife and I feel safe again in our home, and when to time comes to upgrade our security system, we will be calling Cody at Dyezz Surveillance. The service has been terrific.

I don't normally write reviews, but this company deserves it! I bought my new house 2 years ago and learned from the prior owner about Cody Shortle and his company, Dyezz Surveillance and Access. Cody installed the video surveillance system, security and sound system in the house. When speaking with my new neighbor, he had nothing but positive things to say about the work that Cody did for him as well. When shopping for a monitoring service, I found their rates very competitive, so I used them with pleasure. When I wanted to add more security and enhance my sound system, Cody was so knowledgeable and helpful, I couldn't have been any happier with the work that he and his team did. I then had Cody install a new video surveillance system at my business, and enhance the security system there too. Great work and highly competitive. Dyezz monitors my business as well. I am very picky about the companies I choose to work with. I totally recommend Cody and Dyezz, great guy, company, service and support!

I've hired Cody Shortle and his team to handle the fire alarm system on my last 7+ commercial projects and not once have I not passed a fire final on my first inspection. I fully and whole heartedly recommend Dyezz and their team for any fire alarm, monitoring, and surveillance needs. Their services are top notch and instal crews are very respectful and diligent.
