When I initiated a work order with Zions, I thought I knew what I wanted, but once the technician arrived for the install, what I thought would work couldn't accomplish what I wanted. He patiently and skillfully explained why. He was super helpful and accommodating and helped me figure out what would work better and then did an excellent install. I'm very pleased.

I’ve purchased a replacement door for my security system twice. They have great customer service and they process the order really quick so I usually get the item within a few days. Unfortunately, I can only rate it four out of five stars because of the flat rate shipping. The replacement door is $10 and the flat rate shipping is $10 which I’m sure is a great deal for a lot of other products they sell but for a replacement door is very pricey.
