Jose was outstanding. My issue with my garage door ended up not being simple. Jose took the initiative to involve tech support and then they conferenced in with the manufacturer of the garage door. It took a few hours but he was patient and persevered to find the solution. Going forward, when I need service, I’m going to request Jose

He listened to my husband’s concerns and provided advice. He then made the necessary equipment changes and checked every device to assure its proper functioning. Went above and beyond to help troubleshoot connectivity issues (on my end with WiFi) certainly recommend for home security systems<br>ADDENDUM: José had to make a second installation visit due to my internet providers mess up couple weeks ago. Thought resolved but took me calling internet provider again. José was so patient and willing to help find a resolution. After a few attempts, success! José was so good at explaining the features on the Vector app and genuinely cared about providing the best service experience for his customers.
