Do not recommend. Apparently they think "I will call you back" means blow up your phone and emails with a false quote to push you into buying.

I apologize for upsetting you Marissa. We have an automated reminder for quotes that can easily be de-activated. As far as a "false quote" I'd love to clarify any mis-communication. We are a family owned and operated company. If anything we present isn't clear we'd like a chance to make it right. I searched for your quote and do not see your name anywhere? Please give us a call and we can settle any issues you have.

Damien was professional and very helpful. He was assigned to clean up several issues left by a prior tech who did the install. He also installed additional cameras to complete the job. Prior to Damien's visit, my confidence with True Protection was at zero. However, thanks to Damien I am now confident my system is working as designed. Thank you Damien!

Terrible experience. As a commercial general contractor and construction manager for the last 20 years, I can easily say that I wish I would have never involved this company with the A/V and security system install on my personal home. At the last phase of the install, it took an additional 4-5 different crews to complete the final trim-out of the project, and none of them seemed clear on what they sold us. The A/V install was done in such a way that Geek Squad can't even figure out what they did, nor can they replicate its original functionality. As a result, I have brand new equipment that sits idle without the ability to put it to use or get it to communicate. Our alarm system was not properly programmed either and goes off in the middle of the night without explanation - waking the entire household up in a panic. Now, I cannot get a response from the owner on what I feel are serious warranty concerns. I would not recommend hiring this company for installs that require any level of technical expertise. They may be getting 5 stars for hanging t.v.'s on the wall - but, from my experience, they are totally unreliable otherwise.
