Terrible service,no communication and no notice bill was not taken out of our account and they threatened to put a lien home is absolutely ridiculous, they will try and ruin a family's good name

We've been working with Sentry for about a year now. From office employees to technicians, everyone we've come in contact with has been extremely friendly and so very helpful when I call or they come onsite. We're currently adding cameras and the two technicians have been fantastic. I also love how user friendly their website is and would highly recommend their company.

I have used Sentry Security for years for my home and my business. They have always been prompt and helpful. I love the system! Remote capability to arm/unarm my system from my cell phone, cell phone alerts when the garage is left open, I can also raise and lower the garage from cell phone. I would highly recommend Nick and Sentry Security.

I have been a Home Builder for 37 years and I would not recommend Sentry Security Solutions to anyone. I called and complained 4 times with in the first six months of moving into my new Home. They were unable to fix the problem so I called DFW Security and they promptly came out and fixed the system. They also continued to bill me for monitoring for over a year which I never agreed to or requested.
