We work with this security team in our office building and it's very difficult to get anything done.<br><br>Originally, I reached out to get a door release button installed and our wall button fixed because it was locking when we "pushed to exit". A tech came out pretty quickly to assess the situation and we got put on the schedule. When the next tech came out, he installed an under-desk button (no knowledge of the push button issue) that fell off the bottom of the desk the same day, and it was revealed that the button was broken. He also left a considerable length of wire rolled under my desk and wire exposed at the back of the button. I immediately reached back out to Todd and asked about the wall push button fix and asked to get an under-desk button that wasn't falling apart. They came back 2 days later to fix the issues: the wall button has been fixed, but they still left me with the broken button hanging by one screw from the bottom of my desk instead of getting a replacement and did nothing to fix any of the wiring issues.<br><br>Since all of this, I have sent 5 emails and reached out to the customer service team to try to get them to fix the mess under my desk. I have gotten one response to all 5 of the emails (that go to 3 separate email addresses in the company!!!) and the customer service agent said they would call me back "when they can figure it out". Don't get me wrong, the customer service agent I spoke with was wonderful and kind, but the actual service and ease of communication is subpar.<br><br>Update: after posting this review, I got a message asking me to remove it and letting me know someone would be out on Friday, Sept 8. They did make it out and fixed the issues addressed here. I’ve updated from a 1 star to a 3 star review because of this.

I called Paxica to install security cameras and an alarm system at my house. The owner, Todd met me at my house and went over everything and answering all my questions. He scheduled a day and time later the next week for install. His guys showed up early, were very professional and very knowledgable of the equipment they were installing.<br>Everything worked great. A week went by and I decided I'd like 2 more cameras installed to get some coverage on my pasture... I reached out to Todd and he said no problem. His guys were back 2 days later, early again and got the 2 new cameras set up. I'm SUPER impressed with this company and I would very much recommend them.
