I reached out to Mark (owner), since the company had excellent reviews, to discuss security camera system for my house. We agreed for Mark come in for a walk through to determine the locations as well as the number of required cameras. We agreed on six and based on my request upgraded to 7 cameras. Mark and Hudson arrived on time, explained the process and showed the hardware. It took almost 7 hours to complete the install. Before they left, ample time was spent on system demo including the software and Apps. These guys are honest, knowledgeable, professional, quality minded and very accommodating. I highly recommend this team.

I would highly recommend this company! If you are looking for affordable friendly service with unbeatable quality cameras look no further! I met with the owner Mark & he is so friendly and gets the job done so fast. I had a camera system installed at my child care center so it was a rather big job. It’s so easy to use & the views with their cameras are unbelievable! I don’t miss a thing! They made sure I knew how to use the system (which is so simple) before they left. Best cameras & best customer service. Love them & my cameras :)

Wow, what a great experience! Several homes in my neighborhood have been broken into over the past 3 months, and I figured I had better get a good surveillance system now, rather than regretting it after the fact. After spending a week looking over several local security camera companies and getting estimates, I narrowed it down to find one that stood out from the crowd: OnGuard Camera Systems.<br><br>They had a package for a 6-camera 1080p night vision system with a digital recording unit and installation included, with no hidden fees or surprises. I felt this was by far the best deal, and gave them a call and set up an appointment.<br><br>Arriving promptly on time the morning of the install, Mark the owner and Hudson the technician got right to work going over my preferred locations for each camera, and where I wanted the recording unit setup. They were kind, courteous, and were happy to answer any questions that I had. Shortly after lunch time they were completed with the installation, going over each camera's field of view with me and made adjustments where necessary.<br><br>Afterwards they went over the software for my cell phone, tablet, and PC. They took me step by step through the process of understanding how to view each camera, record, take screenshots, and download video to external websites like Google Drive to allow me to post videos or give them to the police.<br><br>I can't say enough about how happy I am with their professionalism and work ethic, and the inclusion of an all-in-one installation package that I knew the price of going in was the icing on the cake! If you're like me, and want to keep your family safe and stay aware of your surroundings, please give them a call! They do installs in the Dallas-Ft. Worth and Collin County areas. OnGuard Camera is a great company. They came and installed an eight-camera system in my home and did a fantastic job. They coached us through the process, help us set up the monitoring systems on both our computer and mobiles, and spent time with my husband to educate him on camera angles, all the while, dealing with his input in a professional and courteous manner.<br><br>Mark, the owner, was onsite the whole time and Hudson, the technician, was spectacular. Hudson in particular was very knowledgeable about internet systems and has gone out of his way to help us improve our network within our home. When you envision someone going the extra mile, Hudson has gone two extra. We thank him for his professionalism and extra commitment to helping us take advantage of our new purchase.<br><br>The equipment is second to none. Cameras are HD quality, the placement provides coverage to ensure we capture criminal or other activity, all the while providing visibility into the surrounding area of our home without having to leave the safety of our home.<br><br>Thank you OnGuard for providing us with great service, value, and quality products!

Mark (owner) and Hudson at OnGuard are highly recommended. We just had a 6 camera home system installed. They were very professional and took pride in their work. They also did a great job coming up with some innovative solutions to incorporating the camera with our slow Internet connection.

The folks at OnGuard do an excellent job installing systems. The team is very knowledgeable, professional and customer focused. They also provide a free two year service warranty on repairs and tweaks to the system. Anytime we had follow up questions or changes to our systems, they have been very responsive to our needs. I will highly recommend them to install your camera system or ring doorbell.

Our HOA interviewed several security camera companies. I can honestly say the presentation by Mark Valls with On Guard was clearly a 5 star. The other companies that presented to us rated a 3 star, a 2 star and a 1 star. And one of those was a national security company with three letters in their name.<br><br>Our entire HOA Board agreed that On Guard was the most knowledgeable and professional. After speaking with Mark, our entire Board felt that if we had any issues down the road Mark and On Guard would treat us like very important loyal customers.<br><br>The On Guard Team came out this summer and installed cameras at both of our pools and playground areas. Literally the first weekend we caught someone trespassing at our pool at 1:00am.<br><br>Just last night at our Board Meeting someone asked why the police were at the pool the night before. After reviewing the video and making a couple of phone calls we found out that someone’s child has pressed the Emergency 911 button.<br><br>To our Board it gave us peace of mind to be able to get to the bottom of this incident in case other homeowners ask what happened.<br><br>Nothing was worse than hearing from a homeowner asking about an incident and we had no way of going back in time to actually see what they were referring too.<br><br>Our HOA highly recommends On Guard Securty cameras if your HOA currently does not have them.

If you are looking for a camera system for your home or business, call Mark. The quality was excellent and the cleanliness of the work was impeccable. Mark carefully and methodically sets each camera to capture the most critical areas of your home. He will sit down with you and patiently go over the system and the apps. Great company and product. I met with the owner, Mark, and conducted an initial property walk around. Having a background in physical security, I already had an idea of how many cameras I needed and where they should be placed. Mark was very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and did not attempt to up-sell me. The install went perfectly and they assisted in setting up all the apps and went into great detail to make sure I understood how to operate the system. I would highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for a home monitoring system.
