We run a financial services firm, so when we started noticing something wasn’t right with our network we knew we needed help. Networking Pulse jumped in and kept us updated the whole time. What I liked most was they explained what they were doing instead of just fixing it and moving on. By the end we actually understood what had happened and what was done to prevent it from happening again. Really appreciated how easy they were to work with.

Saved us during the worst possible time<br><br>We got hit pretty bad by that storm that came thru Sugar Land a few weeks ago and our whole network just went down. Completely fried. Im talking switches, some of our equipment … all of it. Electrical surge took out way more than we thought and we were just dead in the water right in the middle of business hours.<br><br>I called NetworkingPulse emergency line honestly not knowing what to expect. Thought i wuld get a voicemail or someone telling me they'll send somebody out in a day or two. Nope. Guy picked up right away, I explained the situation and they had a tech at our door in like 30 mins. I was genuinely shocked ngl.<br><br>What really got me was they showed up with loaner equipment on the spot. Some of our gear was just completely burned out from the electrical damage and they didnt even hesitate, just set us up with what we needed to get back up and running while we figured out replacements. Didn't nickel and dime us either.. just focused on getting us back up.<br><br>You find out real quick who actually has your back when something like this happens. These guys do. Not going anywhere else.

I normally don’t write reviews, but Networking Pulse genuinely impressed me.
