I am writing this review as we had a very poor customer service experience with ITech and their entire process. We did not and have not received a finished product as it was explained that it would be working and additional information that we didn't agree to was added into the contract. When brought to their attention, they just say "you signed the contract". Just very poor customer service and we were quoted a time frame that would take two weeks to do a complete install and it has been 4 months and it is still not as it was advertised. It is everyone else's fault, except theirs. They will not take responsibility for anything that they have done wrong. At this time, I would tell you to stay away and not purchase from these people. Customer service is on their time schedule, so good luck in getting something fixed correctly the first time. We have had to ask for things to be completed or adjusted at least 3x before it finally gets completed.<br><br>I surely would not recommend this company to anyone in the future and would tell you to RUN the other way before considering to do business with these people.<br><br>I work with an HOA and they say they do a lot of work for them. That may be true, but our experience has been horrible.

This company DOES AMAZING WORK and they have helped me on various projects. Honest, hardworking, and most important knowledgeable in their craft. I recommend anyone to use them for your next technology based home or business project. 👍👍

As a small business owner with offices off site from our shop location, I needed security cameras and an alarm system. iTech Monitoring has been awesome to work with. John quickly came out and provided his thoughts and ideas of what I needed for my situation and I had a proposal the same day. Signing up was easy, they helped with the alarm permit process and I was up and running much sooner than I expected. I love the ease of having the cameras and alarm system on an app on my phone. I can quickly see what’s happening at the shop and can arm/unarm the system from my phone. I’d highly recommend them!

Wonderful company to be in business with. They installed the security keypads to our facility and did a fantastic job at not only the installation, but training and troubleshooting. ***** BEWARE *****<br>I purchase an alarm system and cameras from this company. I started having issues and was out of warranty with the company so I decided to contact the manufacturing. To my surprise the manufacture informed me that it only had a 30 day warranty because it was a refurbished part. The owner of the company charged me top dollar for a new system and gave me refurbished parts. Also the technician did a sloppy job with the install. Use any company but ITech.

Worst experience. If your panel gets knocked out by lightning because they don't install it on a surge protector they charge you without telling you. They apologized for not telling me and took out the labor charge, but were still going to charge me for the panel. They also do not recommend a surge protector even though the installer told me the panels have a history of being knocked out by lightning storms!!! I don't want to pay $300 every time there is a lightning storm! They do not allow you to buy a different panel that may last longer AND they auto renewed my contract so I cannot cancel without occurring a cancellation fee. Avoid this company at all costs. There are better ones out there that don't lock you into an unwinnable situation!

The previous owners of our house were using iTech and we chose to pick up the service as well. Glad we did! The touchpad is easy to use, and the notifications it gives when doors are opened are great - especially with 2 small kids at home. Love that their services synch with an alarm app where I can control the system from my phone. Family-owned with friendly service. Highly recommend!

iTech is so creative with the security system plans they put together! I had a unique security need - cameras and monitored alarm in a mobile food truck - and they have built me an amazing system to keep my truck safe! Their systems are linked to mobile devices... very cool stuff. We have their monitoring service at my office and every time we've set off that alarm on accident, things happened exactly as they were supposed to - we got a call immediately! When we need to upgrade the system and program in some new tenants, their techs are quick to get it handled. They are a local family business and give awesome personal service.. highly recommend!

ITech Monitoring has a variety of products to assist any of your security needs. The team is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date on innovative security devices. I really like that you can activate your alarms from your cell phone. Tina is great to work with and xtremely helpful! I would reccomend iTech Monitoring to anyone looking for a new home or business security system.

We have had a horrible experience with Itech. After 3+months, numerous visits that often went late into the night AND $11k, nothing, and I mean NOTHING works as promised. They never come when they promise, and they don't deliver.

After a few years of service with another company, we decided to give iTech Monitoring a try for our home security service. Compared to our last experience, the technology used by iTech was much more advanced and everything ties in with our smart phones. Compared to our last equipment, I actually feel like I'm getting more out of my security system than with what I had before.<br>Finally, the monthly cost is also less than what the competition charges which is an added bonus.<br>Would I recommend iTech Monitoring to someone? ABSOLUTELY!
