Josh is great! Always available if anything happens. He came in and had to fix a preexisting system, that was sold to me broken and couldn't get ahold of HikVision, Josh replaced the system and got me completely set up and was very understanding about the situation I had been thru with the other company, HikVision. Do not use or purchase anyone selling the HikVision system door to door! Use IHR SECURITY for your camera system!
