In 2017 we had Grand Slam AV and Security install a server and Control 4 system. It controls lighting inside and out, 5 TVs in 4 bedrooms and family room, 2 separate HVAC systems, security cameras, door locks, monitored fire, door and window alarm system and wireless wifi access points covering entire house. All this from a remote control or iPhone/iPad app. I called last week for a service call to repair a light switch and install 2 Apple TVs. Jerry and his crew showed up as scheduled first thing Tuesday morning. They got the light repaired and Apple TVs installed and showed us how to operate a few features we were not aware of. These people are true professionals in every sense of the word.

If any review will be the one potential customers will make their decision on, let this be it. We shopped for weeks, at least a dozen different install services around Houston, including the company that pre-wired our new construction home, and we just weren't happy with the quotes we were provided. I just happened to see Grand Slam's service<br>van driving while I was on my way to work one morning; it was like a sign from above *cue angelic, ethereal music* and I cannot say enough great things about these guys. They came out, got the job done exactly how we wanted it, and even made some suggestions to help us get the most out of our security system. We had some technical issues with one of the cameras and they came out asap to fix it. Their customer service is unparalleled; they are responsive, professional, and I would recommend them to any and everyone looking for AV/Security set up. Stop searching and call Grand Slam now!

I love Grand Slam! I’ve worked with them on multiple projects at the commercial property I manage. They have installed indoor sound systems inside 2 different facilities, security surveillance system, WiFi booster, and an outdoor sound system (for a 10,000 square foot pool deck). They answered all my questions, came on site quickly for little maintenance items, and have an amazing team who come out to do the work.<br>I have recommended them to others & will continue to do so. An honorable company that makes sure their clients are happy with their service!<br>Nick and his team at Grand Slam have done an outstanding job of not only installing our home theater and outdoor sound system, but also standing by their work. We had a couple of issues that were not necessarily Grand Slams, but rather with the internet provider, but Nick shows up when we call and helps to get those problems resolved. He told us in the beginning that after the system was installed, the relationship did not end because they wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with our investment. Nick and his team have been spot on! Wish we could give 10 stars!

John and Jared were amazing. I also would be remiss if i did not mention David who handled the office, communications, etc. - very professional. Although i would consider the job they did for me small compared to some of their others (TV mount and surround sound, receiver, etc.) the quality of their work and the price was unbeatable. I am already planning the next phase which will include automation/controls for lighting, alarm, etc. and I will not consider any other provider. These guys know their stuff and were very professional, kept the areas clean where they worked and completed the job in no time. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for anything AV/automation related.

I was referred by a family member. Nick came to do an assessment at my home and quickly understood what I was trying to accomplish. He wrote up a quote and edited it according to my needs. John and Jared came to install. They took their time to get all the details right. My wife and I are very happy with their work!

John and his team walked through my house and took the time to understand what my needs were. He was able to get a quote emailed to me within an hour after we met and their prices are reasonable... on install day they worked and installed all the proper fixtures and systems and made sure it integrated with my wifi system and google home. They walked me through the app download and set-up process and made sure everything worked before leaving. I would use him again; highly recommended.

Ok, I’m a HUGE fan of Grand Slam and here’s why: Quality Customer Service, period!<br>John Bates is a natural communicator and passionate about his work. He walked in my house to fix a minor security systems alarm issue and immediately spotted issues with the security camera installation. When all was said and done, John and team removed the awful visible wiring from my indoor camera and installed it properly. They install my Lutron dimmer switches and enhanced my wireless internet speed (installed eero pro) all for a reasonable price. These guys are the real deal. I’m a new fan of Grand Slam AV and Security.

Grand Slam A/V and Security installed 2 outdoor cameras, Living room surround sound and indoor and outdoor ceiling fans. John and Abel showed up prompt to start the service with all the proper equipment and tools to get the job done.<br><br>During the installation they were very knowledgeable on the products benefits and features. They worked really fast on the project. My services could have taken 2 days but they exceeded my expectations by completing it the same day. Abel has many skills outside of the A/V security industry which is a huge asset when it comes to work being performed to our home.<br><br>After the installation, they made sure to troubleshoot all devices and made sure I was comfortable with them before they departed. You definitely can't beat the price with the quality of service and equipment you receive from Grand Slam. Oh I forgot to mention this was during Black Friday Doorbusters pricing at your Best buys and other electronics stores.<br><br>I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the market. I will be upgrading my media room next year and I know Grand Slam will be up for the task hands down. Thanks alot John, David and Abel. I love the work and so does my wife!!!

We needed TVs set up, WiFi help, WiFi music and a video doorbell installed. These guys did such a great job and were fun to have around. One TV couldn’t make a cable connection so Xfinity has to come out but even the Xfinity guy said he was impressed buy how knowledgeable Dustin was. I will definitely use them again and will be happy to recommend them to my friends. .

John and his team were able to not only provide the service but actually sat down and walked our whole team step by step on what our security system was capable of. My house had no existing wiring, but I wanted a burglar alarm and camera system. They said my lack of wires wouldn't be an issue.<br><br>Grand Slam was able to install 8 security cameras, alarm contacts on all entry points, and mount a touch screen keypad without leaving any exposed wires! I was very impressed and will use them again in the future.
