100% recommend Garrett with The Flying Locksmith! We have been having so many problems with an automatic door at my job and no one could get it fixed. It was not latching all the way causing it to get stuck and locking. Garrett came and in about 15 minutes, it was fixed! He was very detailed in explaining what he did and offered advice on how to make it even better. Again, I 100% recommend them!

I called the Houston North location late in the day and was told that they were too busy to do residential work. When I asked for a referral to another locksmith to fortify the front door of our home, I was not referred to any of the other Flying Locksmith offices, but to Google. I congratulated them on the success of their business. Apparently, they don't need customers.

Garrett H. was great! Upon entering my workplace, unbeknownst to me, he was repairing the front and side doors from rain entering underneath. My husband had called him without my knowledge but my eyes lit up when I saw Garrett’s locksmith truck in the parking lot. I immediately inquired about my lost desk key and if it was possible to have the key replaced. He looked it up on his phone right then and there….and yes! It was doable. Then, I asked him if he could replace our front door key lock with a knob……a huge pet peeve of mine. Every time someone came to the door after hours, I’d have to run back to my office to get my keys to unlock it. Ugh! Of course, my husband never saw any issue with it which is why, after three years of being here, this pet peeve has lived on. No more! Garrett, again, to the rescue! I’m sure people in his line of work hate to be bothered with new issues when they’re there to deal with another but I couldn’t tell from Garrett’s reaction. He was super nice and went out of his way to even adjust the doors from opening due to strong winds. He is getting a new estimate ready for the new items but I have no doubt that he’ll show up, just like last time, with his tools in hand and a ready smile!
