Don't use these guys if you can avoid it. I asked for pricing a month ago for my job on which they are the required subcontractor and the original base building installer. They told me they would get back with me, but didn't respond until today (when I sent them a follow up email). Their message today was that I should find someone else because they didn't have access to the building and didn't know what was installed (but they did the original install!). This is after a month of no response. They didn't ask for access or more information and essentially just told me to kick rocks. But this is their system and they are the required contractor. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

We always have an excellent experience with Brivio, customer service is always amazing. Our tech, Kelvin Waller, came out today and was very informative and correcting the issue with our system and got everything handled right away. Throughout the repair, he explained each step he was doing and how he was correcting the issue.<br><br>Thank you, Kelvin!

Everon is a very friendly and supportive company,<br>Micah our sales representative helped us in a smooth coordination to setup alarm system at our company champion supply in Sugarland Hosuton and the tech person Robert did a great job of installing and showing us a demo on how to use the alarm system and also helped us if any maintenance is required.
