Teach your technicians how to drive!!! Had one of your guys speeding from Baton Rouge this evening, tailgating me and others on the Basin bridge and weaving in and out of lanes all the while playing on his cell phone.

Mr. Lee, I apologize for this experience. We take our technicians driving safety very serious. We will look back at our GPS tracking and reprimand this technician.

Technician sent to replace smoke dectectors(6). Overpriced parts available at less than half the price billed. Labor billed 500.00 for 1 hour worked. I wouldn't recommend as it relates to service and repair
