I got my home theater setup, including projector and screen from Robert and Marcus a few years ago. They also installed my home security system. Recently the screen fell off from the wall, damaging the dry wall roof and I have been trying to get hold of them since then but they have stopped answering calls or returning my messages. I recommended their services to so many residents in my community but I am really frustrated with their support. Hence, leaving this review in hope to get a response from them!!

They did a great job for us in our Houston Home and when we made the move to Dallas we engaged AV Securities to integrate our home here. It speaks volumes that I engaged them a second time. Fantastic company to work with. Robert and Marcus are great professionals and great people. Extremely smart and knowledgeable. Friendly and personable. A rare combination. They setup access points, complete network system with Araknis router and POEs, explained how STP (Spanning Tree Protocol) worked, setup Control 4 to bring everything together (TVs, Home Theater, Guardian Security, Lights, Garage, etc,.) I asked several questions and they patiently answered everyone of them. They are very flexible and explain everything they do in detail. They are also very quick to respond to any issues. I am planning to use them for all my future home automation, theater, and security enhancements. They are truly a one stop shop and I will recommend AVSECURITYS to anyone looking to create a holistic system at home, bring them all together and the potential with Control 4 is limitless.<br><br>All in all, A+++ installation, service, and education.

Professionalism on every level.<br>Great value.<br>Very knowledgeable.<br>Prompt and very fast every expectation met and exceeded. Update 05 Jan. 2023 We added camera to our system and they were in and out. The job was scheduled for 3 days. They completed it in a day and half. There work ethic is 2nd to none unparalleled. Very happy with the work performed.

They are very professional and do the work very well. They clean up if they have to drill to make something fit correctly. I will use them most definitely again. They explain everything to you, answer any questions you might have and so on. They are very nice and helpful people. This is a good company and the owner and technician were awesome.
