Alex with Alternative Integrations has provided AV service for my family for nearly a decade. Through four separate houses, from two Control4 systems to now two Elan systems, he has always made sure we are completely satisfied. We've used Alternative Integrations for just about every service they offer and respect the reliable Alex and his team provide. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who wants a tailored experience that is typically not offered at larger companies.

I had two other companies come out and attempt to repair a gate issue only to receive large invoices with no results.<br>Alex came out when he said he would and proceeded to find the problem and make repairs for a reasonable price. I will use him for all gate related issues in the future. He also made repairs to a camera system on a different project with fair pricing as well as great service.

Awesome experience. Alex is extremely knowledgeable especially with Elan - great with hanging TVs and all automation. Won’t use anyone else ever again…..
