We recently had our alarm and camera system installed by Alex and Kelly. These gentlemen were professional and very helpful with ensuring everything was set up properly. Very happy with the video quality. Attached is a couple of photos from our nighthawk camera and another from a normal camera. Both were taken just after 9pm.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. From pre-wiring our home to the final installation and even warranty work, the workmanship and customer service have been consistently disappointing.<br><br>On top of the installation issues, we’ve also had ongoing billing problems that have only added to the frustration. Instead of resolving concerns promptly, we’ve spent countless hours trying to get answers while missing multiple days of work for service calls that should not have been necessary.<br><br>Our experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. If anyone would like to see photos or copies of our messages documenting our experience, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to share them so others can make an informed decision.
