This company is so kind and helpful! I needed a video clip from a security camera they manage (with the owner’s consent) and they went out of their way to quickly deliver exactly the clip I needed. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend!

I requested to disconnect my service 2 months ago. I spoke to Greg, he assured me that it will as soon as I pay my last bill. 2 months later I found out they did not, and still send me bills.. grrr....<br>Update.<br>I emailed Aeon, Greg personally helped me to resolve the problem. Thank you Greg

Aeon Systems provides expectional customer service. We have been using Aeon in our business for over a year and recently added it our sister company. We use Aeon for both Security alarm monitoring and Fire alarm monitoring. Greg Wright, the GM, helped to save us thousands of dollars that other companies were quoting by retrofitting our current system to meet city and fire marshall requirements. The entire team at Aeon is professional, helpful and responds to our needs quickly.

Best Security Company ever! Always so nice and helpful. We have their system at our business and home. I was having trouble with my fire alarm battery, and the owner himself came out to help me. Can not give enough stars!!! Great people, highly recommend.

The staff has been very patient with me and helping me when I don’t understand why something works the way it does. Both the office and the techs have been really nice, educating me as it’s my first system. I doubt the “big” guys would be as friendly.

Our church had been a customer of two of the large national fire and alarm system providers enduring their many mergers and acquisitions and divestments. We sought proposals from several companies in 2018 to determine if better options were available.<br><br>Aeon Security was selected, and we have only had the most positive experience with Aeon's services from the initial and follow-up sales and needs assessment visits, through the installation itself, and to post installation service when needed.<br><br>We do not make purchasing decisions based solely on the lower bidder mentality. Cost is a factor, of course, but more important is the detail of the proposal, the flexibility to address our unique needs, the technical expertise and resources, and the availability and accessibility after the sale. Aeon has served us well in all these areas, and was quite competitive in the cost.<br><br>Our church has had 4-6 construction additions or remodeling over its existence, making it difficult for any provider to trace all the wiring and control panels for servicing, let alone taking over an existing system. Again Aeon excelled - and they were able to determine the cause and correct a pre-Aeon installation issue we had with our intercom system.<br><br>Several months after the switch to Aeon for our fire and alarm system. we contracted with Aeon to install 14 security cameras in our building. Again, we have had total satisfaction with their product and service.<br><br>Thank you, Greg, and your Aeon team for its service attitude and culture.

I chose Aeon based on reviews and so glad I did. They are very knowledgeable, and installed exactly what I wanted even though it was not standard. They had to research to be able to give me what I needed installed. Aeon was prompt, efficient, personable and reasonably priced. The service didn't end with the installation, but continues when I have questions, I always get prompt and courteous answers. Definitely a five star experience.

Aeon helped with my neighbor issues, they came out quick for the estimate, install was quick too, the price was super reasonable for the for the set up and quality of the cameras, picture quality is excellent too, their tech explained clearly how to operate the dvr, if i knew putting cameras up would have stopped my nosey neighbors, i would have done it a long time ago.

I have been using Aeon for about 12 years now.. I wouldn't use anyone else!! I own a Very busy very well known tattoo studio. And always feel safe and protected with Aeon keeping a eye out on it. They are very professional and call when ever we have had a alarm triggered. Greg the owner has always been there to answer question and help when ever and where ever he can.. This guy is a hard working man..!!! Even tho I'm sure the ladies of the office would prolly disagree with me. I hear they send him out in the field or to go get lunch and coffee as often as they can so they can get things done right! (Joking Bro) I am so glad I choose years ago to use Aeon. And so happy ill prolly never use another provider!! Thanks for keeping us safe !!

We looked into security cameras, due to problems with a neighbor. Our Aeon system has crystal clear video and audio, and it's easy to use. We have successfully used video from our system with the police and in the courtroom to show our neighbor's actions. The local police came to us once, to help solve a burglary on our street. Officers have stated that our cameras are the best they have seen.

We chose Aeon because of them being a small business owner and not a franchise. Their service has been great! When calling you actually get a human on the phone and they take care of you right away. The response time is excellent as well, they come out within a day of reporting a problem. They really care about their customers. I would recommend them for any security needs.

I got 2 bids on a camera upgrade. Gregg's bid from Aeon systems was $900.00 and Ming;s bid in Richardson was $1390.00. I saved $490.00 and the upgrade was super H D Platinum series! Those guy's at Aeon are awesome! The best thing about Greg and his crew, is they are honest!

Super friendly and great service. I am an ex-information technology person that loves to do this type of stuff myself. I had been researching security camera systems for about a month, almost taking the online order route. The best decision I ever made was having Aeon Systems come out for a bid. They proposed better equipment with a better warrantee. The bonus... It was way less expensive than the equipment I initially proposed. They did carry the equipment in my proposal, and lead me to something better and less expensive, that says a lot. They also take care of any service, even giving you loner equipment so your system stays up. You don't get that ordering online. My system is working flawlessly, but glad it is an option. Since they are a local business, you can develop a relationship without having to deal with someone different all the time. I really had a great experience and will continue using Greg and the crew as my security experts. Great job guys!

Long time customer of Aeon. They are first class. Gregg and his team are caring, interested in their clients and take excellent care to keep you happy. Just put in a new system and I am impressed! Love using all the new features and adding in the smart phone to have a lot more flexibility. Thanks Gregg and Brad...you did an excellent job!
