Buyer beware! We have had this service for @6 months and decided it’s not a necessity so I called to cancel. This is when I found that I had signed a 5 year contract! (Yes it’s on me for not reading the entire contract) I’m putting this out there to alert anyone thinking of home security to find another company to deal with that is upfront in telling the customer of the contract term is instead of burying it and hoping you don’t notice it.

The day of my install went well until an hour later. The system went a little crazy; however, my technician Randy came back after his last job, put in a new panel & waited with me for a while to make sure everything was working correctly. Randy was so nice & patient. He is an asset to your company. He went above & beyond to help.

Our technician Noe was great with our installation. He was very thorough, tried to maximize the effectiveness of the system with equipments we got, and walked me through how to use everything. Also everyone I’ve communicated through email with have been very responsive and helpful.

Evan did a great job installing my system and Randy was patient explaining everything again to me! It was a busy and hectic day when I installed so I couldn't remember details on how to work the system. Randy came back out free of charge and helped me understand how to work this high tech system! Randy was amazing from start to finish. He had a professional attitude, knew exactly what needed to be done, knew the products very well and explained how everything works and how I could gain the most from the products he was installing. If you decide to go with the company, ask for Randy and you would not be disappointed.
