Excellent technical service from 2M Technology. John was very helpful and knew exactly how to configure our Ubiquiti UniFi system. They handled the switches, access points, cameras, VLANs, IP addressing, and controller setup professionally. The system is much easier to manage now, and the WiFi and security camera performance are excellent. I would recommend them for any office, warehouse, retail store, or commercial property.

I purchased my security equipment starting as early as 2019 and WAS pleased back then.. but I had the worst situation in customer service service I ever experienced in my life with the rudest man who had my literally crying like a baby and refused to deal with me because he wasn’t feeling good - well my day was much worse as my brother died of a overdose and my elderly mother was now alone in the same house and I needed security system for my mothers home asap. I wish the owner of this company would contact me and review their footage of how horrible Tony Jones treated me. It was unbelievable and he flat out told me to go to Home Depot and buy from them. I have never broke down and cried in a business u til I was in 2m April 2026. It was truly unbelievable.

Before your visit, two employees spent more than two hours assisting you by phone. During the visit, another employee spent approximately one additional hour reviewing the issue and explaining the available options.<br><br>The residential security system was originally purchased in 2019. Based on the symptoms you described, we believed replacing the power supply was a reasonable troubleshooting step, and we provided it to you at no charge as a good-faith effort to help.<br><br>Because we did not carry the specific part you needed, Home Depot was suggested as an immediate alternative so you could obtain it quickly. This was not intended as a refusal to assist you.<br><br>Before leaving, you thanked our employee for her support. We believe the time and effort provided by multiple employees demonstrate that our team acted with compassion and made every reasonable effort to help.<br><br>We hope this provides a more complete understanding of the assistance our team provided. We sincerely wish you and your family the best.

The installation was clean, organized, and customized to fit the layout and security needs of our warehouse. I bought a solar security trailer from 2M Technology for my company, and the experience was honestly very good. After we made the payment, the trailer was ready for pickup within about a week, which helped us move quickly on our project.<br><br>The trailer itself feels very solid and well built. The frame is sturdy, the setup looks clean, and it does not feel like a cheaply made trailer. You can tell it was built for real job-site use.<br><br>Communication was also easy, and everything was handled without delays. Thank you to Cindy for helping make the process smooth. I would definitely work with 2M Technology again for solar trailers or mobile security equipment.

We worked with 2M Technology on a custom explosion-proof camera housing project for our Verkada CD42 camera, and overall it was a very good experience.<br><br>This was not a simple off-the-shelf request. It required real engineering, fitment review, and customization to make sure the camera would work properly inside the housing at our hazardous chemical plant. The process took some time because of the level of detail involved, but 2M Technology communicated clearly and delivered what we needed.<br><br>Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to work through the technical requirements with us. I would recommend 2M Technology for specialized security projects, especially when custom engineering or explosion-proof camera solutions are needed.
